RETURNS

The Customer may only return products to Lumaco Ltd, and receive a refund on the following conditions:

The Customer must contact Lumaco Ltd prior to the return of any products and obtain the prior consent of Lumaco Ltd.
Return must be made within 7 days of the date of delivery. Products must be returned to Lumaco Ltd in their original unused and undamaged condition and packaging and in a condition which will enable them to be immediately fit for re-sale.
The Customer is responsible for returning Goods to Lumaco Ltd and for providing proof of delivery of such return. The Customer should return the Goods to “Website Returns, Lumaco Ltd, 46 Crabtree Lane, Sutton on Sea, Lincolnshire, LN12 2RS”.
Goods should be returned first class with proof of posting and the Customer is responsible for payment of all postage costs.
Following receipt of Goods which comply with these conditions, Lumaco Ltd will refund to the Customer the price paid in respect of the Goods.
For products returned due to Customer error or no longer required and returned in accordance with the above a handling charge will be applied.
We will not issue any refunds on PCBs purchased. These items have been removed from appliances that have been working but had other faults ie cracked screen, backlight fault.
